A 15 minute free consultation is required to determine if therapy or life coaching is a good fit for you.  

Your effort during and after the sessions greatly impact your results.

There is a $75.00 fee for not providing a 24 business hour cancellation notice. 

No shows - You will be charged for the full appointment.

There are no refunds or returns
